Easy to operate

In essence, blocout are a sprung roller blind which is held at the required position by friction between the bottom bar and the side rails in a similar way to some of the skylight blinds on the market. Gently tilting the bottom bar will release the tension and allow movement of the blind up or down. When the bar is released it clamps back on to the side rails and holds the blind in position. The elimination of cords also make this blind child safe and neat looking.

Motorisation and automation

If you require hands free operation, BlocXL are also available from Charisma Blinds. The XL version can also be motorised and controlled via a stylish remote control, smart phone or even by Alexa. The addition of a bloc IQ smart hub is required to connect the blinds to your WIFI then you can operate and automate your blinds as you wish using the bloc blinds app.

Manual XL blinds

As standard Bloc XL are manually operated using a sidewinder chain like a standard Roller blind, this is the best functioning option for when it comes to larger blinds as opposed to spring operation. The XL format is available up to 2.4m x 2.4m and can be face fixed to the wall around the window in addition to the edge of recess and inside recess options.
